And the ways you tried to escape them thereafter, if any?

i think my first detention was in the fourth grade, i brought a comb that looked like a switchblade to school. that comb was the shit, she took it up and i had to wait after school and the phone home and what not.

I remember my first and only one very clearly. Nothing interesting. Two years ago I forgot to do my homework and the teacher, who was in a bad mood that day, gave me and half the class detentions.

Yeah, first 3 weeks of high school. My friend, Garret called me over to where he was standing and he slapped me. I laughed and slapped him back. Two administrators ran out and took us inside. Apparently, slapping each other is considered fighting and it got "all of the kids riled up and undid all of the administrator's work."
Since I've never been in trouble before we were both just given detention. In the classroom for detention it was Garret, myself, and a bunch of seniors I didn't know. One of them, everybody referred to him as "Moose," sat next to me and kept threatening to kick my ass and trying to scare me. I just kept nodding "Yeah, OK." He stopped eventually and got another detention for talking.

I've never had detention, or an office referral... Or anything. I'm one of the kids who always appeared to be so well behaved. It's just a matter of getting caught.

my best friend was the principal's daughter in high school. I used to love going to see the principal because we would just talk for an hour and eat chocolate.

LOL do I what.
I lived directly across the road from the school and because of this..I had named myself
the keeper of the school gate..so anyone who wanted to get through ..had tp pay me with apples [I wasn't too bright cos I already had access to apples at home cos we had an ..APPLE TREE]..
ANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNYWAYS.!!
I stopped this new kid from entering the gates unless she gave me apples..of course she never had any..'rolls her eyes'.
Untill her mother came down to look for her ..her mum who just happened to be the vice principal.
