I know it's all the rage, but that shit is nasty anyway.

Coffee, black, has got to be a hundred times better than that shit.

10-14 cans a DAY?
she deserved that heart attack.

I wouldn't say she deserved to have a heart attack, people get desperate to lose weight and will do anything that works regardless of how harmful it is to their health. It's unfortunate :(

She should've just gone with a healthy meth habit :p

But you're right it is sad people developing issues with weight and ruining their health in pursuit of gaining a better figure.

To tell you the truth i was on a bit of an energy drink diet for a while. I didnt have much money, so I'd just grab an energy drink every day for lunch at work, filled me right up till dinner. I don't eat breakfast either, so I ended up losing a good amount of weight, not purposefully though.

Diet and excercise. That's all it takes. Just a little bit of excercise too.

Just the latest in the list that 30yr old Flayed has cut out of his diet. Energy drinks tank my stomach. I'll have a good old cup of black coffee, thank you very much.

I can't imagine anyone thinking that this would have ended in any way but disaster...

People just don't think... these things usually have warning labels too.

I just got back from the supermarket and there were a couple of chicks buying armfuls of the shit

Must be the new fad in dieting

Stupid young chicks around here (16-22) seem to treat the shit like a fad/fashion statement. I even had one I worked with say "Yeah, I only drink V" as though that made her the coolest fucking person on earth.
HELLO diabetes.

At least she looks better...at least give her that..

Yeah, but what's the point?...probably can't fuck her without bringing on another cardiac event...at least the change in hair colour indicates the general intelligence behind the whole deal.

I think it comes down to LAZY, and poor diet decisions.
Unless a person has medical reasons behind inactivity or weight, such as chronic fatty liver, thyroid related illness, or reduced mobility, things like that, if you control your diet, ask yourself "is this or is this not good for me" before eating, and actually like, walk daily (more is better) weight loss shouldn't need drastic measures. 'Sides, at the price of all those red bulls she probably could have attended the gym or went for lypo, they aint cheap.

LOL - i was kidding.

It does take a special kinda person to think that kinda diet is not going to have drastic effects.

*yawn* I was drinking tonnes of the stuff, not red bull but V. A drug like any requires you to have enough self control to see those sort of things and realise you it's unhealthy. It's not necessarily the mass amounts of caffiene that's being consumed but the way caffiene affects people differently and the severe lack of anything else in her diet that's bound to cause problems. No vitamins no carbohydrates no iron no protein, there is obviously going to be problems there.

I was drinking 6 bottles, or 8 cans of the stuff give or take at a day at one time, more then that and I would start to get caffiene 'jitters'. I have a friend you is a dietician and she was outraged when I told her, then she read the labels one day and called me up and said "You know, it's not actually THAT bad, it's not good, but if your not drinking coffee and you sugar levels elsewhere are ok, then it's really not that as bad as I thought".

I have since cut it down to 2 a day, mainly becuase it's really expensive. You also have to keep in mind that caffiene decreases it's effects as you consume a lot of it. The amount of people that are quiet able to drink 15-20 cups of coffee are day are incredibly common.

I never tried an "energy" drink. I get my energy from Hops, Barley & Malt.
