Me, Rayne, and Dude play a really fun MMO online called 2Moons, and me and Dustin want people to play so we can do Dead Front, which is basically a massive battle online through a huge dungeon. It's a really epic game, and it's totally free. Does anyone else play this stuff? If so, you should totally try this one out.

Well at least download it so you can jump right in when you feel like it.

Choose Abaddon as your main server if you happen to get that far. That's important if you want to play with us.

Used to play Runescape

Actually pretty enjoyable granted the awful graphics. Trouble is, I started paying to have priveleges and now my game is pretty much based on all of the members stuff so I could never go back without paying. :(

I might try the one you suggested. But if it's all just a big battle, how can you expect to level up as a n00b when all the guys killing you are about lvl 100. Or does it simply get harder as you progress?

Runescape was the shit!
i used to play it all the time through high school, really amazing considering the whole game is online. I need to go back to playing it, i bet a whole bunch of stuff has changed, but my internet here sucks too bad.
what level were you? i think i was 50 or so.

I think I reached the late 60s or early 70s. They did a massive improvement on the graphics and there's a pretty cool thing called the grand exchange. Makes finding what you want a lot easier. There are also negative changes like a trade limit and not being able to kill people in the wilderness apart from in this place called Bounty Hunter.

Ferret:

The 'battle' I was referring to is like a game within the game. You don't have to do it, it's just extra. The reason I posted that is because me and Dude want some people we know to get to our level so we can DO those battles (supposedly they're a lot of fun!). But low levels have no trouble leveling up. There are areas for each level grouping. Some of them are safe zones, where other players can't hurt you unless it's an agreed to duel, and some areas are every man for himself. At the start of the game, it's incredibly easy to level up, so it isn't too hard to get on your own feet.

thats a fucking HUGE negative change. thats the whole reason i was building my level in the first place, so i can run in the wilderness and kill some foo's and salvage all their stuff! where's/what's bounty hunter?

Try this (http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/hide-your-country-of-origin-for-any-application/#more-17899) if you feel adventurous. It might help.

Ill give it a try, its not a turn-based RPG is it? is it free?

It is NOT turn based. It's all out. And the battle system is simple and enjoyable, and you can use all your attacks easily. It's totally free. There are some things that require cash, but it isn't to better your gameplay or give benefits, so you won't even need it unless you're a retard and waste your skill points.

Ehhh... The graphics look nice, but I wouldn't stretch to call it demanding. Suffice to say it's no Half Life 2 or anything.

Half Life 2's graphics are a little dated, actually, one of the few games my computer doesn't struggle with. I should be able to run this game in that case.

The only time we lag out here is during storms, but that's just because of DSL. Sometimes hackers cause glitches, but that's any online game. Pm me if you decide to play and we can help you get set up and level, etc.

I like MMO games where the economy isn't shit. Free MMO's have way too many people farming and selling gold for a living, so the economy is absolute crap. Some free MMO's (like Shaiya) have been okay at fixing that by having sites where you buy pixels for real money and that will make the game easier for you. However, when you do something like that, the game becomes very one sided and hard for people who don't want to pay to play.

That's why I stick to WoW. It's not all that expensive, and you get better game play, better servers, more people, good in game economy and a level playing field among people your level. That's why I'm not quitting my "unhealthy MMO" to play your free one. :P

 that's like saying you wasted your money going to the movies. If it was a good movie and you enjoyed yourself it is money well spent. If you pirate a movie and get it for free but it sucks that's still time wasted. time=money therefore it's all the same to me.

Dear Player,

Acclaim publishes its games based on certain licensing regulations, meaning we do not publish every game in every country. As Acclaim grows, so will its reach around the world, over time we will put servers in every country and make sure all new game deals permit us to publish in those countries.

In the meantime however, the 2Moons game you wish to play is not available to IP addresses that appear to come from outside the United States and Canada.
