American system of suing everyone for anything and everything

or

The idea of publicly executing people like this and then leaving them to rot in cages outside the celebrities mansion to deter other morons from trying it.

A Los Angeles woman has filed a class action suit against Miley Cyrus, claiming she suffered emotional distress after the sixteen-year-old Hannah Montana actress mocked Asians by slanting her eyes in a recent photograph.

Lucie J. Kim, who represents the more than 1 million Asian-Pacific Islanders who live in L.A. County, is requesting $4 billion in damages.

Lucie believes when Miley posed for the photo, she “knew or should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life, specifically TMZ.”

Every Asian or Pacific Islander in Los Angeles is entitled to the minimum damages for a civil rights violation, which is $4,000, according to the suit filed in L.A. County Superior Court on Wednesday.

Possible Limp Bizkit/Neil Diamond Collaboration (no, I'm not joking)

Music legend NEIL DIAMOND is planning a bizarre collaboration with LIMP BIZKIT rocker FRED DURST, after the odd pair met online using social networking site Twitter.com.
Durst reached out to the Sweet Caroline star on the site - which stars use to stay in touch with their fans.
Durst told Diamond, "I am a huge fan of yours. We should do a collaboration - Neil Diamond meets my band Limp Bizkit. Sounds fresh."
And he was stunned when the 68 year old replied, "I’d love to, where and when?”.
Durst ended the public chat by saying, “FANTASTIC!!!!! Incredible!! What a dream come true thanks to Twitter!!" - before inviting Diamond to get in touch privately: "I’m in LA. Follow me and we can direct message.”
Diamond could even make an appearance on Limp Bizkit's comeback album; the band recently reunited and have announced a string of 2009 summer dates around the world.

Why not take the American system of suing everyone for anything and everything, and force them to listen to the Fred Durst/Neil Diamond collaboration. Save the 'torture and display' tactics for more serious offenders.

House Party is a great flash back movie, however, I would never watch another one of it's sequals. I think HP will remain trapped in the 90's, doomed not to be popular again until atleast 2020, as fashion rotates in 30 year cycles.

House Party? This I would accept as a reason to sue people for 4 billion dollars for damages against a race.
Miley Cyrus lawsuit? Four billion dollars for damage against race? She doesn't eat Asian people.
Neil Diamond and Fred Durst? Bizkit sucks, but more Neil is good for America. He should collaborate with Leonard Coen instead. A Neil Diamond version of Murder would rule the world.
