hi, i have a problem where i paid for an item then recieved an e-mail they were out of stock. by this time i should have been issued a refund in an email, right? not yet, so i was wondering how do i handle this? theres a cancel button on paypal, what does that do?
another thing, i havent revieved the items i ordered about ten days ago...if i file a report what happens?

My Dad handles all that side of it. I'm not sure. Where were you receiving it from?

the one i was supposed to have already was coming from a nearby city a few hours away.

The person might just be slow at sending things. I'd email them to see whats up before laying a complaint. Sometimes shit takes a week or so to reach you.

You can also send a message to the seller, including the auction number and ask them if they are going to get the item back in stock or do they want to issue a refund or what.

they wrote me an email saying i could get 10 percent off if i buy from there website, i told them i wanted a refund. havent heard from them yet.

Now, that sounds fishy. They're out of stock, but you can buy it from their website? There's a possibility they don't want to give you the item for the price you won the auction for. I would report the situation to ebay.
