Lord of The rings Return of the king won all 11 awards that it was nominated for, including best director and best picture:) It's about time they rewarded these movies.

They probably haven't awarded the previous ones oscars cos they knew all three would be fantastic and they'd have to give them 11 oscars for three years!

Although the other two were great I must say Return of the King was one of the best. It's also very special to see a b-movie director move up to an academy award wining director:)

Now it's time to go back to horror :) , I bet he would get a huge budget at least.

This gives hope to all the directors who make those kinds of movies. Hell, who knows, in a few years a guy who directs Troma movies could win some Oscars. That'd be great...

I thought Two Towers was the best one, but I liked how they got all eleven this time instead of spreading them out.
Where the fuck were Orlando and Viggo?
