Dr. Giggles is probably the worst horror movie I've ever seen. I wonder if they even made the DVD. :D

Yeah they did and it's quite hard to find also, they go for 30 - 40 bucks sometimes on ebay

i liked dr giggles though, it was a humorous horror movie
