Alan Van Sprang is the Colonel in Diary of the dead he is also in ..of the dead 2009.

Alan Van Sprang was also in Land of the dead again as a different character.

Joseph Pilato is in Dawn of the dead and day of the dead, the films aren't linked apart from romeros zombie idea. :confused: So I think ...of the Dead (2009) not a sequel at all.

I still think (well hope) it maybe based on breathing dead a zombie tale but only if it's not set on an island. If it is though ..of the dead soundz more of a zombi 2 rework? :mad:

i dont believe it is a sequel ... just another story that took place.

i think i heard someone say that it takes place not long after the events in 'night' ... just in a different place.

i think Alan Van Sprang is a different guy every time - his character is a lot bigger in the new film.


i was on set for this and got to watch him and his buddies fire guns
