hey can you help me and my mum remember something which is driving us crazy?!?!

hey guys sorry this is my first post,
i love horror books and i and my mum are trying to remember the name of a compilation novel which included a horror story about SATAN claus?
the fact that we cannot remember the name has been driving us mad?
we cant find any info on the net, and this is making us wonder if we imagined it lol?
can anyone remember a book such as this, or the name of this book? prob is a good 30 years old,
apologise as i know this is a long shot

By "compilation novel" do you mean a collection of short stories, or a novel written by several people, or something else?
