a little self promotion here. As of the past coulpe months I've been traveling around the country volunteering at animal shelters and experimenting with documentary film making. I just got back tonight from spendinng a month annd a half down in New Orleans. I was volunteering down at ARNO (animal rescure new orleans) While I was there i started shooting some footage and doin a few interviews, and I made a short documentary to benefit the shelter. This is my first time experimenting with Documentary film. Check it out, maybe you'll even feel its a worthy cause to donate to!

Nice job.
Constructive criticism to help you raise more money.... I think if you have more puppy/kitten video over the audio of the woman talking, you'd probably get a more generous response in terms of fundraising. People don't want to watch a person sitting there talking, they want to see puppies and kittens. Also, you should try to mute the dog barking a little.

Fantastic job, MM!
I agree with Bwind with the pics of the cute animals (I know it sounds corny, but in terms of viewership you want to pull on the heartstrings of animal lovers). I think that you need to cut in some kitten and puppy pics a little sooner in the interview to get the audience's attention. I think it's great that you cut in posters and signs of the shelter, but I think that introducing the animals sooner will work well too.
This was great, though. Awesome!!

Now that i look back on it I agree, i takes a while before the animals show up, however I dont have a video editing program here, so im screwed on that front. About the dog barking in the background, it was going on during the interview so there's no way of getting rid of it. Thanks for your response!

That lady sure talks alot...
Agree with the above mentioned. I would also like to suggest that you make some cuts in her blappering, cuz her constant voice gets annoying fast. Either you need to interview other people as well or you should get some kind of narrator.
But i loved the animals. I wanna buy them all. :)
