well, one if the scariest was when i was about 10 years old...i was left home alone while my dad and oldest brother went to some wedding reception. it was late at night on a saturday and i was waiting for SNL to come on the tube and at 10 i naturally a little nervous...i went outside to to take a look down the street to see if they were coming since it was so late, i was getting anxious, even though i'd been told to stay inside. i peered around the corner of the house and stared down the long street till i saw something moving. i could see the shadow of a person, RUNNING toward me! was it really someone or were my eyes playing tricks. No. there was someone running at me all right! i ran inside the house, locked the doors, and grabbed a knife from the kitchen. nothing happened but it was still pretty scary. at that age i'd already seen plenty of horror movies so i knew better than to stick around outside to find out what would've happened!

something crazy that happened to me was one night i was home and i was about 12....i was watching tv and my parents went christmas shopping and all a sudden there was a loud bang at the door....i looked out and saw this crazy guy slaming into the door....i called 911 and waited....i then looked out the window and there he was looking right at me....he yelled open the door.....i ran inside and he smashed out the window but by this time the cops had arrived

its not very scary but its weird

in 5th grade me, my brother and our neighbor were downstairs having a little sleep over and watching tv. this was before the big screen, it was like a 30-40 inch zenith or something.

well were watching and the words 'good night' go across the screen. then it turns off

we're like wtf. well that shit wasnt in the manual. so i started fumbling aroudn with the SLEEP option on the tv and well never foudn it! its never happened again

OH WAIT THATS NOT THE SCARY STORY!

ok HERE it is. i just rmemebered ! UGH i feel sick now

9th grade. ok im in my room sleeping. my dog lucky was in bed with me. mayvbe it was like 2am, but i hear a sound. i wake up and my door is opening 1 inch, closing to just short of completly locked (the bar thing would slide back in, but not totally into the socket) open 1 inch, close, open close open close

i was like wtf. and my dog put her head up, and she barked. but it was the light bark, as in "im not sure" bark (if u have a dog u start to know their faces, barks, the way they hold their ears). so we're staring at it, and shes barking. so i run up and HIT it closed. then i ran to my bed and screamed. my dog had gotten up and was staring at the door. then i turned on the light, like 500 wattts. then i went to the door, swung it open and .. NOTHING!

i still dont know what the fuck it was. i keep telling myself 'oh it was the wind' but why the fuck would it open close open closeopen close?

this brings back baddd memories! :(

yeh but my window wasnt even open! i remember because it was winter. also , i think wind would have had to come from the other side. and well there IS a window. and thats in the master bedroom all the way down the hall. and that door was closed too! and lets say the wind went aroud the door well the window was closed!

plus, thats the only time its hapened. and i know cuz i wake up at EVERY little thing..... :-/

The scariest thing that has ever happened to me was when i was like 12 and me and my friends were walking down the road and we saw a man walking towards us in a kind of mike/ jase way. Then he ran..

got one of my friends...

and took him away in a car...

and we never saw again...

It was a couple of months ago but. I wen't to pick up my girl friend for a dance at 8. Well after I picked her up we decided to go down an old road because it was so crowded on my schools road. The road would have lead us to the back of our school( but the road was about 6 miles long). So as we started going down the road we saw a truck pulled over on the side with no one in it and a snow suit was in the middle of the road. I thought somone might need help so I slowed down about 2 minutes after(i was still driving slow) we saw this old fucked up looking man on the side of the road. I stopped and he started running torwards my car screaming at the top of his lungs. My grilfriend screamed and I did to so I fucking put the petal to the metal and took off like a bat out of hell. I have been trying to forget that ever since.:(

I've had more worse than this,.. but..


I was at a sleepover, it was me, my sister and my friend. Over at my friends house. (We were like 12 or so) We were outside on the front porch (at night), just hangin' out and stuff. Everytime a car would ride by, we'd hide because I don't think we were even supposed to be out there. Or atleast at the front, anyway this white jeep came by, loud music playing, and it slowed down right in front of my friends house. We all screamed, and ran. Then it drove down the road. Then it drove back up the road, and slowed down in front of my friends house..again. Then it drove off, up the road. THEN it came back, only this time it didn't slow down, it just drove back down the road towards the end of it. Then this guy gets out, he was wearing a long coat, and a top hat it looked like. But we could barely see him, since it was so dark. He got out of the car, and walked down further till we couldn't see him anymore. So we figured "He's probably just visiting someone close by". Then a few minutes later he came walking back up to his car. He opened his car door.. then we heard this really weird and unusual "squeaky" sound coming from his car. He got in and drove off. We were so freaked out we ran inside the house, and my friends Dad was checking around the place. Needless to say, he didn't find anything.


We were hiding behind bushes, and around my friends house the entire time. It was so weird because he kept slowing down near the house. :(

i got in an accident once and when i got out of the car there was a hand print on the hood it looked as if someone was pushing it in the direction of the ditch! very creepy! and i was in an elevator w/ a freshly dead body once and it twotches but that was cooler than anything! and when i was younger i always looked out my window as a safety thing and when i looked out one noght at like 10, there was a guy standing there and he looked at me and smiled, all i saw was the glare in his eyes and his teeth! (they were reakky white)

Me and 3 friends went to this known haunted mansion in the woods in the middle of the night. We got there and were looking at this shack next to it that had a map of the woods on it and everything was silent until the loud clatter happened. Anway we basically shat ourselves until it turned out to be my friends dog had knocked over a pile of slate! Anyway that the scariest and funniest thing in one go!

Also, me and my friend drove past this really old creepy house once and we decided we'd walk back to find it. all the windows were boarded up and it was a total tip. Anyway we stared at it for ages and then there was someone at the very top window looking out and we basically just ran all the way home!

Was at college and me and a friend decided to stay after to do some work and they lock the door and you have to beep down to get the janitor to open your door. Anyway we were the only people there and we started hearing these footsteps walking down the corridoor when we were supposed to be alone. We checked but there was nothing there and the door was still locked and it beeps REALLY loudly if it's unlocked from the front. That freaked us out big time.
