Good mornin' HDC, how are ya? Don't ya know me I'm your native son...
Just got back from the Northwest. Partied hard with some great writers, learned a lot, won the first annual Ultimate Bizarro Showdown, met Neverending, who is awesome and had a nice week of vagrancy, drinking. connection building, bonding, and artistic productivity. Those of you who haven't checked out Portland, see it. It's a great town with awesome people and fun buildings. I am going to clean off the travel and sleep in my own bed for the first time in thirteen days, but I thought I'd give my HDC friends the lowdown. I will link you to pertinent pictures when my dizziness and sleep deprivation wear off. Looks like some good stuff went down and I look forward to seeing you guys again.

Welcome back, Garrett. I am really looking forward to seeing you post the pics of your travels. I hope you had a lot of positive feedback at all the places you went for promotion.

He did a wonderful reading alright. Unfortunately, there wasnt a video crew or camera around to record it. I wanted to see that too.

Thanks for the warm welcomes everyone. No camera in my phone sadly enough. But, fun was had. I made it back home that night on foot at four in the morning cause the buses stop running pretty early. Good experience though. Got to see a fair amount of the Northeast part of Portland.
