Naturally many people will list Dracula as their favorite Lugosi portrayal, but I think he was a very skilled and versitile actor, and not going beyond Dracula does him a disservice.
Some of my favorite roles Lugosi played were:

Ygor in The Son of Frankenstein. Lugosi steals the picture, IMO as the sly, coniving assistant.

As Murder Legendre, landowner and owner of an army of soulless zombies, Lugosi is truly frightening.

Whenever anyone mentions Ed Wood they always talk about Plan 9 From Outer Space. But as Dr. Vornoff in Bride of the Monster, Lugosi actually had a role he could sink his teeth into, and though he was nearing the end of his days, he throws all his considerable talents into the role. He's a joy to watch.
What Lugosi portrayals do you folks enjoy?

I've always liked him best in "The Body Snatchers" (even though it's really Karloff's film). And he's disturbingly repugnant -- as the hero -- in "The Black Cat." (Of course, he does skin the villain alive in that one.)

He doesn't have nearly enough screentime in either, but two of my favourite Lugosi roles are as Bela in The Wolf Man, and as Joseph in The Body Snatcher.
I've always wished his part in The Wolf Man could have been more substantial - as is, it's little more than a cameo :(

If anybody ever figures out where Karloff got those pajamas he wears in The Black Cat, please let me know.

I get a serious case of the creeps watching a short clip of Lugosi and hairy friends in Island Of Lost Souls.

White Zombie w/o a doubt. The classical and the eerie music make this film the
unique masterpiece.

I love Bela in Son of Frankenstein... and believe it or not, Bride of the Monster.
I like the Bride Of The Monster too!
It is the second to last (I think) movie Lugosi made.
He tries to gives it his best even after all he has been through. Only a shell of the former Lugosi but still he was sincere and put all into it.

Just watched MURDERS IN THE RUE MORGUE, where our boy spends most of the movie grinning suspiciously. Plus there is a guy in an ape costume who pulls some serious Donkey Kong shit.
