I hope you all don't think I'm hopping on the bandwagon with my short departure, but I'm afraid it's a must. I have business to attend to halfway across the country for a good ten days starting Tuesday. When I come back, I will have a reading on Youtube and possibly some very good news to share with dear friends, casual nemeses, red hot smoldering ladies, respected colleagues, loveable simians and wellwishers on the board. I'll be here a few more days, but I won't be able to donate time to projects or reinvent the wheel during this time.

Thanks. Two days on the train ought to be enough time to cap off the next book, actually.

Thank you and everyone else for all your kind wishes. I hope to see some of the cool people I know in Oregon while I'm there and my week and a half stay will most likely allow that. I'm scared to death about this reading, as much of my book does not read out loud well (as is the way with experimental fiction much of the time) and I'm also participating in a Bizarro contest in which writers outweird each other for prizes. Should be a great experience,
