ok - i love this show. its a british sitcom on ITV2. a friend of mine from london turned me on to it and i watched the first season on youtube.

basically it is set in a world with superheroes but it focuses on a bar where they hangout (bar rules: No Masks, No Powers, No Heroics - hence the title).

it is hilarious and crude and for all comic nerds it is full of subtle references to comics. the first two episodes were good but not great, but then it hit its stride at episode 4 and i was hooked. if you like crude, british humor and comics - check this out on youtube.

I just watched the first episode. It's pretty good. I'm gonna check out the rest as soon as I can.

thank god - i was beginning to think the whole thing was a figment of my imagination - trust me, it gets much much funnier around episode 3

I kidnapped Rayne's sister's laptop and finished it off at work. I was disappointed that it ended after episode 6.

it might be renewed for another season (at least i hope it is)

the good thing about brit sitcoms is that they have short runs and don't tend to jump the shark (well the more recent shows - like the office and fawlty towers both ended before they got stupid). the bad thing is that some of these shows could use more episodes - oh well.

It seems like britcoms have kind of a similar structure to anime sometimes.

I felt the same way about Spaced. They had something like fourteen episodes stretched over two seasons. I really wish that one had been longer.
