View Full Version : The creepy quote game

Here's how it works, Someone posts a creepy line from a movie. Everyone tries to guess what it is from, and once someone does, they suggest a new one.

I imagione we could have multiple lines going at once to keep things interesting, but after the first page of the thread, no one can suggest a line unless they solve a previous one.

To get things started:

"He was Licking ME!!!!!"

what's it from?

good guess, but no. I'll give you a hint. You might have seen the movie's antagonist in Trainspotting.

I'm just going to take a guess and say Chopping Mall since we were talking about it recently.

And you were right about Re-animator BTW.

Sweet, my turn.

"They sent in their best man, and when we roam out the 69th street bridge tomorrow, on our way to freedom, we're going to have their best man leading the way - from the neck up!"

Not exactly horror, but it's embraced more from the horror audience than by anyone else.

Ok, this one isn't that hard:

"Okay. I see it, I see it all now. What we gotta do is we gotta snag that tall dude and stomp the shit out of him, and we'll find out what the hell is going on up there. Yeah! We lay that sucker out flat and drive a stake right through his Goddamn heart!"

Phantasm/Never Dead. I just watched that last night it and I loved it way way better than I'd expected. What are the sequels like? are they worth checking out or are they dissapointments?

Here's one: "Make sure you don't put one in her penalty goalbox"
"That's enough shut up Private Parts"

I don't know right off hand what that quote's from, but Phantasm II is one of my top five favorite horror flicks. But I like Waxwork a whole lot too so use caution.:)

I liked Dog Soldiers and I'm looking forward to its sequels. McKidd's character is supposed to return so that should be cool. I'm actually wanting to see the Ginger Snaps prequel more than the sequel.

Here's my quote:

"The name's Homer. H-O-M-E-R. Mispronounce it and I wouldn't wanna be you."

Yeh hopefully they'll make it to a couple of festivals and not just straight to video over here. Ginger Snaps took me by suprise when I saw it at a festival a few years back and renewed my faith in new horror movies.
