I just want to be honest with you...
My brother has some wee girls with a lasie, and she started goin crazy on him, physicly. He let her have them for a few years after they seperated, but now he has them and is a stay at home dad.
buying a home is not going to win over the courts after that story of yours from last week.
You need to get a good lawyer.

I have no problem getting my kids,he wants me to have them.He also has decided he wants nothing to do with them and that he would rather go to jail than pay me a penny.I just want to show the court, him, and everyone else that i can do it on my own.I feel really good about doing this on my own and its a huge step for me.I have no worries for what has happened,it was in a different state and not a big enough crime to carry over.I'm not psycho or anything if thats what you are thinking,i was weak thats it.I might have taken your post the wrong way,if so i'm sorry.I'm trying really hard to be positive and it kinda got me down for a sec.:(

Sorry , I just don't see how doing something in a different state makes it o.k You can't go beating the shit out of people because you are unhappy, and where I grew up it doesn't matter what state you do something in, you still did it.
I'm not trying to get you down, I just don't think you have been acting very reasonably of late from what you have said

Its easy to say that when you are not the one living it.I know what i did was wrong but i also think that its understandable. The thing is he has way too many things going against him even if he was to fight for them.I actually did some checking on this and i was told by a police officer that this is the way it would go.Its such a small crime that they won't waste their time to issue out of state warrants or charges. The state i live in is where we will handle all the court hearings for my kids.He actually called me yesterday and asked me to tell the kids that hes dead and he never wants to see them in other words.I know its hard for you to maybe understand why i kinda went a lil crazy and thats fine.I just don't want you to judge me on one mistake.I really think it was resonable giving the fact that he was in bed with the fucking whore and lying not only to me but his children as well!!!

Good luck and I wish you the best with all you are going through, buying a house is an exciting process, as well as stressful. Be prepared for your hand to fall off when you go to close the deal.
