My mom was watching the news and they talked about this site called SwapTree.

It is a website where you can put your unwanted DVDs, CDs, Video Games, and Books and trade or swap them with people who also have stuff they are looking to get rid of. It's a pretty cool concept.

You should check it out.

There is also a site called SwapADVD and that is also an awesome site. You post the DVDs you are looking to get rid of and for the first ten you post you get a DVD Credit which you can use to buy a DVD on the site and every successful DVD you send out that someone wants of your you get a credit and you can use the credits toward other peoples DVDs. They are pretty awesome concepts.

We tend to keep our DVD collections. lol

For the most part, yeah, I have sold a few of the more terrible titles (and for a couple of them actually made more than I paid for them :p ), but those are gone, and I have nothing else I am really that willing to part with. At least, not anything anyone with any sense would be willing to trade something any good for....;)

Yeah I just thought it was cool that if you did pick up DVDs you didn't like or didn't have a need for anymore you can Swap them for new titles or titles you didn't have that's all.

My bad for bringing it up. I suppose my DVD collection isn't as precious as everyone elses.

And this isn't spam Elvis considering it isn't even my website I am promoting or anything.

just remember

Every dvd is sacred.
Every dvd is great.
If a dvd is wasted,
God gets quite irate.

Let the heathen spill theirs
On the dusty ground.
God shall make them pay for
Each dvd that can't be found.

Every dvd is wanted.
Every dvd is good.
Every dvd is needed
In your neighbourhood.

Hindu, Taoist, Mormon,
Spill theirs just anywhere,
But God loves those who treat their
dvd's with more care.

sorry...still in a Python kinda mood

I think it loses something without the chorus of small children, I'm afraid...
