Ok so.... I don't know how many people here watch Heroes but this is my show. By my show i mean that one show that you never miss a new episode of, and rewatch the episode just to make sure you didn't miss anything. But yea, anyways I was let down by season 2 and the writers strike for a couple of reasons, and hopefully season 3 will make up for them. The 2 hour premiere last night was awesome. It had me going "what the fuck? what the fuck?! WHAT THE FUCK?!" right from the start. So yeah I think they did make up for season 2 so far but it was just the first episode(2 actually). Though I think the biggest wtf moment was probably the end. I mean I always suspected that Sylar and the Patrelli's were related somehow but I never expected it like that. Though I mean they do look almost the same, and Peter and Sylar have basicly the same powers just different ways of using them. Which leads me to wonder, if Sylar and Peter and his mom and Clair have such awesome powers then why does Nathan only fly, but then with the whole seeing dead people thing I'm beginning to thing that maybe he has more powers than he thought. Ok so.... I'm kind of nerding out and was hoping I'd start up a conversation on this. So yeah.... if you guys watch the show, have at it and tell me what you think.

Didn't catch the episode but felt that season two really cemented my theory that time travel leads to lazy writing.

I had two meetings at church last night, so I only got to see the last hour. Very very good. I was surprised that Clair didn't die when Sylar took her power, but am confused about the "pain thing". I'm sure the reason will come out eventually. And, what the heck is happening to Mohinder? And Ali Larter's apparently new character? Is it a new character or another phase of her personalities? I'm hoping I don't have any more Monday night meetings so I can keep up with what's going on.

i really enjoyed Heroes season 1.
but after 3 eopsodes of season 2 i gave up - thought it was crap.
that being said - i recently bought the boxset for seaon 2 - it was unusually cheap.
most TV boxsets - season 1 is the cheap one - to lure you into getting all of the seasons (which increase in price)
in this case seaon 1 is still selling for close to $50 and season 2 = $30.
i guess a lot of people felt the way i did.
but then again - some swear by it - and we'll probably end up watching season 2 as a family because it's probably still something an 8 year old will like.
i agree with the lazy writing part - also i just can't buy that at some point this wouldn't all start getting out in the public. its like they want to do a comic book show without having comic book stuff in it.
loved season 1 - totally lost interest in season 2 - - - tried to watch first episode of 3 but reallly couldn't get into it

Well I totally enjoyed the first episode of season 3 so... I do recommend checking it out at least. It really seemed like they fixed alot of their fuck ups from the last season.

Well in season 1 Clair got a stick shoved into her brain and didn't die.... well she came back to life when it was removed but same difference. The pain thing confuses me too, I'm not sure if Sylar messed something up in her head while he was in there or if her powers are continuing to manifest themselves. Now Mohinder finally found the gene that gives people powers, with the help of the latin chick from season 2(god shes hot...), and he injected it into himself and basicly gave himself spiderman powers. I remember an interview with the makers of the show where they said something about scaling back and looking at the big picture, I think they where hinting at this.(Scale-back, like scales on his back). Ummm I'm not sure if thats a new character that Ms. Larter is playing, you know how the show likes twists, so it could be just another personality, but she does have different powers, and it would take time to actually get into that position that she is in so i'm kind of leaning towards the entirely new character.
I guess you could say i'm the resident Heroes nerd lol. Anyways i'm hoping to have my computer up and running so I can actually get on any time I want accept just in the mornings like now. Hopefully by today.
yeah that spiderman thing was funny - i'm wondering if marvel lawyers are writing up a lawsuit as we speak.

Not to mention theres a guy that can shoot fire and a german who can control metal because of magnetic waves or something.... that sounds oddly like Pyro and Magneto.
Though they did say that they were inspired by their favorite comic book characters.

I was mildly disappointed with the new episode. It just didn't have the same excitement as the first two seasons.
I did like Tracy. Her power is cool, no pun intended. I would really like to know if she is a new Nikki personality, or if she's a clone or something neat like that. The reporter and his Nikki news stories and how they could mess up Tracy's life is going to be fun.
Sylar taking Claire's powers was kinda lamer than I expected. Thought that was gonna be epic but it wasn't. I did always wonder if Sylar was a zombie and ate brains but he doesn't. I think he took her pain recepter out of her brain and that's why she can't feel.
Level 5 is gonna be epic and Noah Bennet is a badass.
Mohinder's a big slut now...
