Who loves this show? The acting is retarded but the concept of the stories are brilliant!

That was my favorite show when I was a kid. My favorite was the one where the vampire comes out of the movie screen.

OMG, Are you kiddin' me? I freakin' LOOOOVED this show when I was a kid and still do to this day. I have the 2 disc set of Freaky Favorites on DVD! My fave epi is "The Tale Of The Chameleons".

Most episodes are good but the series isnt as good as goosebumps.

I agree goosebumps was a bit more scarier but are you afraid of the dark had alot of good episodes my favorites are..

Those clown episodes scared me to death when I was a kid. I also liked the one where there's the fear statue that knows what you're afraid of and they use people's fear to make some kind of awesome soup.

the only thing i recall scary about the show was the intro credits, with the clown and eerie music. i always looked forward every friday as a kid to watch it on nickalodeon.
that and hey dude.:rolleyes:

I loved those shows when I was younger(still do). Two that scared me was some ghost kid and the other I think they were in a school and something was coming from the pool or something.

I always liked it but it was never as good as goosebumps. I used to want to sneak out with my friends and tell stories around a fire!

I aboslutely loved this show and purely for nostalgic purposes bought the original run (all 5 seasons) and I agree my favorite part was the opening.
