I was very intrigued until I read this paragraph:

From choking women while they go down on him to wielding used maxi pads to gag his victims, Tim is never at a loss for originality when it comes to killing; most notability when he inserts a Virgin Mary statue where it was never intended.


Errmmm...that seems totally out of place with the movie you seem to be advertising. The rest of the synopsis makes it seem like an introspective character study of a lost soul, and I was really interested, but that makes it sound more like an over-the-top, shock value obsessed, tongue in cheek slasher flick...

Still, sounds decent enough.

It's not tongue-in-cheek. There's a balance. But, since it's a horror/gore movie the gore certainly takes center stage. Yet, there really isn't a ton of blood. But, if you look between the murders there's plenty there.

It's simply a good movie on all the important levels. It's by far not perfect (it was made on a micro-budget, shot on DV), but compared to much of the crap that's out there (like the 8 movies to die for series) it's entertaining, and you won't feel cheated when it's over.
