Maybe no one's posting because they're afraid someone's going to take their idea.

I don't really have any, though.

I really thought the idea in the mike myers movie with the reality tv show at myers old house would awesome. Shit like that can be believeable and nowadays, we are all water logged with the slasher film, but throw something in there with a regular 9-5 mcDonalds job or something and ppl get scared shitless cause it could happen to them...Even Cabin fever was a dull movie but it is more reality than a man being brought back to life 20 yrs later starting to kill again. I dunno...thats just what i think

Yeah, I really liked Halloween: Resurrection.

I dont know but i do know that we need a kick ass horror movie sometime soon...the ring was too overhyped and the only scarey part is when she comes to the tv in slow mo...jeepers 2 was terrible, and now there is an empty market.....I just want to be scared like i was when i was nine and seen the exorcist

I thought The Ring was damn scary, and awesome. The effect of it (being scary) didn't last too long, though. Not as long as it used to.

Seed of Chuckie (Child's Play 5) is coming out. That's going to be good. Not scary, but good, hopefully. Halloween 9, too.

The Village is the only movie this year I'm expecting to be remotely scary. I don't even know if it's a horror movie, or not. But, it's by M. Night Shyamalan, and it looks great.

I'm not completely sure what The Village is about, yet. I've read off websites, and seen the teaser trailer. I think it takes place in the eighteen hundreds,.. in Pennsylvania, and there's this story about mythical creatures that live in the woods outside their village. Then the creatures start to sort of.. invade their village.

It looks really good. It's supposed to come out this summer.

How about this? A college fresheman is courted by a centuries old fraternity of vampires, because of his internship at a local bloodbank.....he refuses the membership and is now being hunted by the fraternity. He and his new roommate are running for their lives when they realize they must fight the vampires to stay alive.

What do you think?

I think that twisting some fairy tales into something new and evil might be pretty good...They could have done a better job with "Rumpelstiltskin"...Maybe if they tried to get back to the way that the Grimm brothers originally intended for them to be, they'd be alright
