When I was a wee lad, probably around the mid to late-nineties, a certain horror movie or TV series aired on TV. It was damn bizarre. Scarred me quite a bit, I was like 6. It looked as if it was made in the early nineties, but I'm not so sure. It may have been the X-files.
Here are two scenes I remember specifically
Scene 1: A man with a knife cuts a circle around a woman's face about 1cm deep, bu there is no blood. they're talking to each other worriedly. Suddenly, the man chops off the womans head. Her head falls to the ground and she gets upset and starts yelling. Her head is standing upright on the floor and she's yelling at the man, furious. The man calmly closes the door and leaves.
Scene 2: Theres some big industrial room.... Lots of metal and blue lighting. Some evil looking men are talking. Meanwhile, a woman is trapped in a series of water filled compartments. She swims under dividers to reach the next compartment, she does this a few times, till she realizes she's swimming in circles and finally breaks down, realizing there's no way out.
If anyone can name this movie / TV series, that would be great. I'd love to revisit it now that I am over twice as old as I was.... lol :)
