i dont know the name nor date of release for this film.

setting (only thing i remember): based in a haunted hospital were doctors would carry out experiments on alive people or criminals. a group of investigators now go in this hospital many years later. one of them looks in a operating room and only sees an operating table. he then uses his video camera and when he looks at the operating table, he sees a doctor operating on a living person, then the doc looks at him.

please if anyone has any idea to the name of this film would be totally appreciated and thanks in advance

cool guys im glad to be your friends and sorry for calling you boys, my fault here. yes i was struck when i seen the description i gave fitting the youtube video however im wondering is there another film which fits that same description but an older film? i mean, i watched house on the haunted hill before and was convinced thats too new, you see. that film im trying to seek, i watched it many years ago, thus cant remember anything else about it. i believe this film was in black and white but i might be wrong here too. i also recall it was only one doctor that looked at the cam. i dunno, anyways many many thanks for trying, i really appreciate this from you kind people.

If you had bothered to click on the link that I specifically searched on for you then you would have seen that not only is it for the House on Haunted Hill remake (1999), but it shows the exact scene that you were describing.

The original film (http://www.netflix.com/Movie/House_on_Haunted_Hill/605556?trkid=222336&lnkctr=srchrd-sr&strkid=641476156_1_0) was released in 1958. It did not take place in an asylum, however, so the scene you described is not related to the original film.
