Help Me Find This Movie!

Ok This movie i watched as a kid so all i remember are few things..I hope u can find me TITLE of the movie, would like to watch it again and see how bad it was haha:))..
Ok here are thing i remember...

1.Movie must be before 1985 or around that time but not over 1990..
2.I believe many scenes in the movie happens in some cave or something...

And i remember 2 scenes..
3.Man walking i believe on the beach towards girl crying with her face not seen..When he(maybe woman is walking, dont know) toward this girl, girl turns around and there is no face, just some meat or something like this
4.In cave one man is beheaded and his head slowly droping from his body while he is hanging on rope ..

I know this is not much but maybe there are some experts who know what this movie was..TX IN ADVANCE!
