I just watched this and FUCK did a couple of scenes mess with me! What do you guys think about this movie? "Have you checked the children" will stick in my head for a long time I think.

It's based on a short film that is basically only the opening scene--which is where I think they should've left off, because the movie went down hill from there. The sequel is really, really bad.

Agree with Dr. K, but you should still check out the sequel for the same reason you should check out the original: the beginning is really, effectively creepy.

I didn't think the middle of that film as is bad as everyone said it was it had some good moments. There is a sequel? didn't know that whats the story about?

It's the same basic story, but the killer takes pictures of the houses he enters and paints himself to perfectly camaflouge into a part of the wall. It's really cool, but it lags in the middle.

The first 20 minutes are amazing and one of the scariest things in horror movies. I do agree that the rest is kinda draggy, you alreays read people giving kudos to the ending but I never saw anything special about it, maybe I need to watch it again. Haven't seen the sequel, it was made for TV and apparently isn't too bad.

As will..."The calls are coming from inside the house"...That's just chilling

possibly the best made for tv movie of all time in my opinion. It just seemed so real

This film has seemed to become a college hit in my city... I've had more kids rent it in the past few months than it has been all last year.
I haven't seen it myself because it looked kinda stupid, but I'm hearing good things here... So I'll probably end up checking it out.

It is worth checking out for the opening anyway. you alreays read people giving kudos to the ending but I never saw anything special about it, maybe I need to watch it again. The end is great the expression on the killer's face is just horrible.

This is a film I really like. I guess it is the whole psychological view that interests me
