1970's Revenge Movie????

I saw a movie in the 70's where a girl hung a piano wire from the ceiling and tied it to a mans balls or penis. He was tied up. She told him she was going to tease him but if he got hard or errect he would lose his balls or penis. She danced and teased him but he could not stand it and got hard. The piano wire released and cut his balls and penis off.
It was a movie like, "I spit of your grave" with Camille Keaton, but I cannot remember the title. This movie has haunted me for years. Now, I want to see it again. What is this movie? Does anyone remember the 70's revenge and rape movies that would remember this one?
