Big Fish was great, but it was WAY different than most of his movies, it wasn't very dark at all, it's really imaginative though

It's my favorite from him.

Didn't see anyone mention Mars Attacks. That's a good one-it's got Jack Black's ass-crack.

I didn't say it was his best, just saying that no one mentioned it. My faves are Pee Wee and Beetlejuice.

I think alot of people forget that Henry Selick directed both A Nightmare Before Christmas and James and the Giant Peech. I wish he would get a bit more credit.

My favorite Tim Burton film is 'Ed Wood', it seems to be his most underappreciated and unwatched film.

Pretty much everything he's done is classic though, looking forward to seeing Big Fish.

your right avenger he doesnt, tim burton didnt direct James or Nightmare, and no one really pays attention to that part.

i think his parts were rather small on tron and fox in the hound.

yeah, Danny Elfman is great.
How big a part does Billy Crudup have in Big Fish? He's the main reason I'm wanting to see this movie.

The bigger the budget he has the crappier the film. (Batman the exception. But I'm guessing he didn't have as much creative freedom as he has had on his later films.)
Mars Attacks was not a very good movie..
Sleepy Hollow was very disappointing. The cartoon was ten times better. And I saw a made for T.V. Sleepy Hollow and it was actually much better than Tim Burton's.
Planet of the Apes-well need I say more?
Big Fish was a good looking movie but that's about it. These stories are told to get to the neat sets and special effects.

tim burton is so so cool, awesome imagination, his scene settings rule, the dark atmospheres, the look of gotham city, the movies themselves, awesome

Now there is what i've been waiting for some one to mention. The way Tim burton can take any scenario and just make the efects and backround just amazing and dark.
