Hi guys,

I have a project for uni, and was wondering if you knew any specific horror movies where the protagonist is running away from the killer and hops into a car nervously searching through a bunch of keys and wastes a lot of time trying each key etc..

I know ive seen it a million times but cant remember a specific movie..

Also it doesnt have to be a car..it can be a door leading somehwere, just a scenario where the protagonist wastes time trying to fiddle through a bunch of keys...

THANKS..

hey thanks neverending...but i dont think that's a horror movie.. is it?

a friend suggested house of wax?...the bit where the girl is in a pickup truck trying to find a key ..and i remotely remember something about a cellphone..

but dont know if its her searching through a bunch of keys or just looking for a sole key..

No, it was The Man From Snowy River.

I remember him fumbling for the key to his horse.

Then the horse wouldn't start.

The original Halloween has two such scenes. One the lead character fumbles to find keys to the house and in another scene a character searches for her car keys.Hope this helps.
