I saw a movie when I must have been about four or five years old - it would have been in the early nineties. I saw it at home but don't know if it was on TV or on VHS. All I remember about the move was that there was a family who moved to a new home (I think it was an apartment but I'm not sure) and there was some sort of creature living there. The creature then somehow transformed a neighbour of the familys in the apartment (who I think was an african-american dwarf) into a creature similar to it... I can't remember what the creature looked like but I can remember that the dwarf who was transformed emerged from a large set of leaves in his apartment.
I know this sounds ridiculous! That's really all I can remember. I think it was an 80's movie... I always wanted to see it again even though it's probably garbage! Please if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
