I was wondering that the hdc community thought of JT. Sure he might have started out in a god awful, horrible band called n*sync, but then he started making good music (or atleast good dance music, you have to admit)

He is HILARIOUS on SNL and I think he's enjoyable to watch in movies (from the one movie I've seen him in)

Anyway Justin Timberlake Yay or Nay?

Not a fan of his music or acting and as far as SNL goes, that episode was just as bad as every episode they've had in the last 5 years... maybe even more. That said, I wouldn't avoid something because he was in it as I'm more indifferent than anything.

I don't have to admit it's "good dance music." His music is some of the worst I've ever heard. Whenever I hear Sexyback I lament the state of popular music today.

I bet he collects shoes or something in between badly lip-syncing crap pop music and dancing like a drunk frat girl.

Definitely yay. He's talented and he's funny. Even when he was with NSYNC, he never took himself seriously (and, really, you have to be able to laugh at yourself if you're in a boyband).

I thought he was good in Black Snake Moan and hysterical in SNL. Yay to Justin.

And all you guys just don't want to own up to it. :p

Not a fan of his music. Never saw him on SNL [ The only time I will watch that is if Alex Baldwin is on]. I thought his Superbowl commercial was funny.....he does seem to have a sense of humor. He was ok in Black Snake Moan...didn't see Alpha Dog.

I guess i'm saying "I could care less".

Nay...because I thought his SNL skit sucked (as did most stuff on SNL lately anyway), and because he looks like a shithead pansy, and sings like a cat hung upside down by the neck.

Maybe Dolly has got a sudden fit of Britney-mania or something...would explain this thread.:p

i don't think justin is gay. he just looks, walks, sings, dances and talks like one.
I saw one of his movies on a preview once. where he got up in the face of some dude. he was acting all tough and mean. then he spoke. he sounded like a girl. he should stick to movies starring britney spears or hilary duff.

He isn't an emissary of the devil like Paris Hilton, a talentless junkie like Amy Winehouse or an utter waste of space like Britney. To date Cameron Diaz, you have to be a pretty cool guy I would say.As for the music, I think techno infused dance pop is nowhere near as bad as repetitious Eurotrash buzzing noises.

I'm sorry, but I'm starting to think it's only girls who like him. Guys are anywhere from "I hate him" to "I don't give a shit".

All the women I used to work with thought he was God or something. It gets really annoying. Not to mention, he's trying to be something he's not.

i'll give him credit. . . i saw him as part of a huge lineup in toronto - he was like fourth from the top with the top three - Rush, AC/DC and the Rolling Stones. He got pelted with literally hundreds of plastic bottles. When interviewed about the hostile crowd after he said "hey, if i came out to see AC/DC, then I'd probably throw bottles at me too" - he gets credit for me for that sense of humor and humility

Musically the only thing I like about him is Glen Hansard's cover of "Cry Me a River" and Bell X1's cover of "Like I Love You." But he wasn't awful in Black Snake Moan.

I don't hate him. His music I don't care for, but really, he's not too obnoxious otherwise. I did find him funny in the one SNL skit I happened to see him in.

Don't like his music. Liked him in Alpha Dog though, and I was surprised, but I did actually like that movie.

And I would pay to see Murderdoll kick Britney's ass. Woo-Hoo! :D
