Has anyone got plans for the coming weekend?
I have some old friends that will be in town, should be great catching up... We will head to a new Gallery that has opened up, owned by Douglas Gordon who directed Zidaine, do a pub crawl, eat Japanese food...
What about the rest of you?

Well, if the weather is okay, we are heading to the mall in DuBois to shop for movies and whatever else we may be able to find, and to have lunch at some Italian restaurant my husband has been wanting to try. If not, we'll probably stay in, and watch movies like we usually do. :) What exciting lives we do lead. :rolleyes: :p

All you suckers working on the weekend, since I quit my job it's nice to have a weekend to myself, though that probably won't last long....
Whatever happens......it will involve beer.

of which :
so, first i got asked last month to go up for a promotion at work. i didn't really want it because it was a much more responsbile position with more hours, etc. but, people said - oh you'd be great and it would mean more money so. . . whatever
so, i had to go and do interviews with the higher ups and meet with people in the office to talk about me moving into a supervisory position whatever. now i got called this morning and they decided to give it to someone with more experience. so - cool, no argument from me --- EXCEPT WHY DID THEY ASK ME TO PUT MYSELF UP FOR THE PROMOTION IF THEY WERE GOING TO GIVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE???
plus the girl i was sort of seeing left town (i knew this was coming, but it doesn't make it easier)

Sunday morning The HDC Oscar Awards roll out, so I ll be here for it (make sure you are too!), and then maybe going out...not yet decided.

I seariously have 5 different time zones I deal in at the moment and can't grasp it bar Melbourne, because that is the time I keep on my computer and the time here I have on my phone...
