I have a House of 1000 corpses screensaver that is pretty good, there are a few more out there but I have yet to find a really good desktop theme when it comes to horror.

The other site was for sound clips. www.houseofhorrors.com

Go to the Vault and click on whatever individual movie you want and go to pics and sounds.

A word of warning: some of the themes, screensavers etc you can download off the net have a habit of either using up huge amounts of resources or messing with the whole system. I speak from experience. I'm not saying they all will, but you have to be careful. I had this great horror thing going - screensaver, desktop etc but it messed with the Windows OS and I had to do a full-reinstall. :(
