Swank Heads For Fangland
Hilary Swank will produce and may star in an adaptation of John Marks' novel Fangland, Variety reported. Swank would play the main character, a TV producer who travels to Romania for an interview with a notorious European arms dealer. As it turns out, he's a modern-day Dracula.
A first draft of the script was completed by Mark Wheaton (The Messengers) and turned in to producers at Das Films and Blumhouse Productions just before the WGA strike.
