Movie "star" in the title somewhere I think, maybe?
About 2 guys that find some alien chick? There's guys after her throughout the film, and there was at least one character with a motorcycle.
Don't remember it being any kind've brilliant, but it was fun.
Wouldn't mind seeing it again, only caught it once on late night tv years ago.

I know urg could probably help with something like this, but he seems a complete no-show nowadays...

I'd say, probably between the mid to late 80's, maybe into early 90's?
No, not starman.
All I can really remember is some alien chick who couldn't get back home, or on her way...not sure why she was on the run or from who (other than that they were from wherever she was from)...I think she MAY have had some kind've power/ability (healing?), and that the two guys that find her help her out, one owns a motorcycle?
Not sure if STAR was actually in the title, maybe it was something to do with the plot? She was from a star? I 'unno...

and i cant for the life of me remember what it was now .. although i can see the cover in my head.

some guy on a motorcycle with a wide brimmed hat hanging on his back - with a girl in behind.

i think they're parked under a tree.

i thought the word 'Star' was in the title..

lookd like a romance movie more than a sci-fi.

I chacked the Imdb and it's definately the one I remembered. The fact that it's Canadian gave it away cause the horror movie channel plays 70% Canadian movies.
