HELP naming a movie...

I remember watching this movie a long time ago, and it would be great if i could remember the name of it so i could watch it again.

I remember quite near the end an eye appeared the middle of someone's hand so he stabbed his hand with a piece of glass.

does this ring a bell to anyone?
