Three people stuck in elevator, boss,worker and the elevator repair guy. While they are stuck , he begins telling 3 spooky stories, one has to do something with a ghost in a home or something , can't quite remember. This movie can be quite old,but i'm not sure. Please help me find the name of this

Sounds like Vault of Horror (1973). It's an anthology flick, concerning people stuck in an elevator swapping stories, not realizing the elevator they're on leads straight down to...well...you get the idea.

It's not German, though.
