Not real ones, just good ole' goofy Halloween fun. Anybody planning on going to any or even working at one? I think this Saturday I'm going to go through the "World's Largest Walk Through Haunted House" (even has the Guinness record). Should be a fun time.

I always go through a couple a year, but the ones around my house kinda suck. I went to one in Vegas called TerrorDome that I thought would be awesome based on the fact that it was in Vegas at a world class hotel... Nope. That sucked too.
Some day I will find the the ultimate haunted house.

I live about 20 minutes from Clifton Hill. So I have a bunch of sorta cheesy haunted houses, and a wax museum and Ripley's Believe it or Not.

The girlfriend gets scared but I take her out after for a drink to steady her nerves.

There is plenty of Haunted Castles around where I'm living at the moment...
I'm going to stay in a haunted house (though it looks like a mini castle) next month...

It should be pretty cool, there is one castle near the english border which ia aparrently very haunted... 1000's of Scots were slaughterd there and thrown in the lake... I can't remember the name, but I'm going to track it down, you can stay there as well...

I've never stayed the night in a haunted house, but my old highschool was apparently haunted by one of the old janitors and the old principal. As part of Students' Council I was partially in charge of running ghost tours every Halloween. We just expected people to hear the different stories about the school, hear some creaks and bangs and scare themselves. However, when I was running my tour, we got in the old half of the school and there was this thick fog and it smelled like cigars. At first I thought someone had been smoking a cigar or something but then I thought about the smoke alarms going off (and they go off even when a fog machine is going). So I asked one of the janitors and they said the old principal who had an office near there smoked cigars and I had never heard that story so I didn't imagine it.
This year I'm hoping to go on a tour of the haunted Fort George a little way from here, Hopkins' Tomb (a local legend is that its cursed cause the guy was a pirate. See here (http://hauntedontario.netfirms.com/wainfleet.html)) and the screaming tunnels which might just be the air flow causing screams and stuff ( found here (http://hauntedontario.netfirms.com/niagarafalls.html))

when I worked on the queen mary everyone told me it was haunted and I thought they were full of shit. yes Iam sceptic when it comes to that shit, not that I dont belive in ghosts its just that damn near every idiot thinks their place is haunted so its kinda hard to take somone seriously when they say it. but the queen mary had some creepy shit goin on in there, lots of people died on that boat. there was sections of the boat we wernt alowed to go in. they were totally sealed off. like there was this room where the captian of the ship comited suicide, it was welded shut. just all kinds of shit that was real bizare was goin on in there, now Im not gonna say that its haunted for sure but I wouldnt be surprised if I saw some paranormal activity in there. and thats all I gotta say about that.
