I Only saw this movie once, and it was in the mid 1980s. I believe it was showing on HBO at the time...It's a movie about rats that kill people..
I remember a scene with a baby sitting on a high chair, I beleive the rats ate, or killed the baby. I also remember a scene at a bowling alley, If I'm not mistaken the rats took over the bowling alley and everybody abandoned it...
Anyone have a clue? It was either in 1985, or 86 when I saw this movie, so it had to either come out around that time or before...
Thanks....Adam

I really don't remember, it's been so long ago...I gave you the link so that you could read the synopsis and see if any of that sounded familiar to you
I watch SO many horror movies...They all start to run together after a while...And I PURPOSELY try to forget them, so that I can watch them again years later and enjoy them all over again...It certainly doesn't help me with trivia, though...haha
I was also thinking that the movie you're looking for might have been the original Willard, but it was made in 1971...However, they certainly could have AIRED it on television in the mid 80's
See if this one sounds more like what you're looking for:
