Okay, I saw an anime once when I was about 11 or 12. I'm not sure now whether it was a series or a feature.
There is a group of cops I believe who are staying at a hotel. When they shower in the morning they think the water is blood but upon checking the water supply it isn't and they realize they are being tormented by some little girl with ESP.
Later on there is a riot of zombies attacking them in the streets and the female lead character gets her hand caught in the hammer of her gun. She survives and heads back to the hotel where she is topless and attacked by a vision of a giant black cat or panther controlled by ESP girl.
The end deals with a lot of appocolypse stuff.
I don't even know if anyone can help me, but I'd really like to re watch this.
