good, no. You might want to see it just because it's pretty gross?

It's worth watching but I don't think it holds up well to repeated viewings.

All cannibal movies need more cannibalism.

There is NO way that I could possibly agree MORE with this statement :)

As for Cannibal Holocaust...Watch it once, just to see what it's about...Then let it go

Best thing about the cannibal movies : Me Me Lai. If anybody disputes her hotness I will personally take my thumb and snap their xyphoid process into their lungs.

Worth one watch, but you may feel sorry for losing that hour and a half of your life. Nothing to watch a second time around.

Though I haven't seen the second one, so I cannot comment on it.

so did i have a total lapse in judgement when i spent $31.79 on the Grindhouse Special Edition of Cannibal Holocaust?

i wouldn't know if i wasted my money yet or not cause i haven't been able to watch it yet...seeing as how technically i'm not supposed to have it.

oops.

Saw the first, wasn't impressed at all. Just cos of the slaughter of animals. Other then that wasnt too bad but yes, more cannibalism required.

I dig the first one doubt I could be fucked watching it again like a few of you have already said. At least its better than a lot of crap in the same vein like Snuff or the Mondo flicks. I like how its a stab at the white man's cruelty to animals and indigenous people.
I prefer Ruggero Deodato's film Cut and Run personally.
Haven't checked the 2nd one out yet (maybe I have under a different title?).

oops.

If you shelled out the cash, give it a watch. Unless you are offended royally by numerous rape scenes and animal cruelty, you may can enjoy it. I found it kind of slow and lame though.

Personally, I think $31.79 was a bit much. But hey, different strokes for different folks.
