I guess it revolves around 4 different stories which are intertwined with each other similar to Crash or 11:14.

I think Singer sucks but this looks cool.

pity - i actually thought the trailer looked promising - when i read a description - vampires, zombies, etc. - it sounded silly but the trailer seemed serviceable
