Bad Day LA (pc/xbox) & Disaster Report (ps2)

Just wondering if anyone has played either of these games, and how they are?
They both look interesting to me, kind've quirky games, which is largely why I want to obtain them, unless of course they are REALLY dead bad. Not just "didn't really like it", more like "fuck this shit" bad.
So, anyone with hands-on experience with either of these titles?

I don tknow about the second one, but Bad Day LA is considered American McGee's career low point, so it cant be good.

I don'y mind if it's not GREAT, essentially I just want what I perceive to be an interesting/funny game...by the look of the trailer, it's just that.

Disaster report looks to be on the slightly more serious side of things, think 3rd person action/adventure, disaster/earthquake/aftershock theme with half-life type cover ups and twists....that one, I'd love to get.
