Need help with a movie.

i hope this is a good place to put this cause i've never had to ask about a movie before.

i saw it a really long time ago, like when i was still in the single digits on the age scale. i've been wondering about this for years, but seem to forget to ask about it. all i remember is this.....

two girls (and probably more people) go swimming, and one gets out of the lake and she has leeches on her. and then the other girl helps her burn them off with a cigarette or something.

little details, i know, but i was a kid and that's all i remember. i would appreciate any help, or at least a point in the right direction.

i would totally know if the movie was Stand By Me cause it's one of my favorite movies and i've seen it a million and one times.

so Stand By Me is out.
