I was playing with my son in the living room and listening to Fragile by NIN.
My eyes travelled around the room and lit upon the bookcase and the book Fragile Things by Neil Gaiman.
My mind started to wander and I realized Neil Gaiman and Trent Reznor have always been connected with each other in my mind since the early nineties when I would be playing PrettyHateMachine and reading The Sandman comics.
I am guessing I am not the only one that connects these two, seeing as how in Tori Amos' album Under The Pink, Trent does backup vocals and Neil is mentioned in the Thank You's.
Have you guys any experiences like this with other artist's or anything that connects and will always be connected like this?
Pretty deep there, Nova.

Not in the way you describe, no, but lately, I have, actually, been noticing just really odd and poetic coincidences...things lining up and mirroring each other in weird commentary-like ways. Impossible that someone could have planned such a thing, it all seems to happen by accident...but that's the big question, right? IS it an accident when something happens in that strange, peculiar way that seems arranged.....................................!

La Mer is such a beautiful and haunting instrumental. One of my favourite tracks off The Fragile.

I am a great fan of 70's/80's music.
I was surprised to learn that many famous artists were involved
in thier production..before they themselves were ever recognised,
Tina Charles (doctor love...I love to love..kiss of life..etc)
met a promising new pianist at the recording studio..who actually accompanied her in a few of the songs..(Elton-john).
