Police: Man Beaten With Hammer In Landlord Dispute
San Diego, California - Police said they arrested two teenagers suspected of beating a man with a hammer. The attack happened at about 12 a.m. Sunday in the 2000 block of National Avenue in Barrio Logan, police said.
Police said the victim had an ongoing dispute with his landlord because he had not been paying rent.
According to police, the landlord's two teenage sons, armed with hammer and machete, confronted the victim and beat him with the hammer causing a laceration to his head.
The man was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
