Hi All Horror Fans.. Sorry for my poor English and mistakes.. My first language is Russian. I am looking for a movie- All I remember is a few small parts from it and its partial name. This Movie can be Italian or Spanish- However, I can be wrong with it. The titel may contain words- Devil's or Satan's... Few parts that I remember from there are:
1. it is 17-18 century.
2. Man lives in a castel/mansion by himself- as a hermit. he is about 50-60 got white beard.
3. Nuns or monks bringing him provision (food, candles (the candels were very important)) by small boat by the the river.
4. he got big library and books he is using contains magic, incantations, gost etc.
5. the main thing i can clearly remember is this man spreading white flour over the flore around his bad and all over the room. at some point of time the steps appear on it. I am preaty sure that it was close to the end of the movie...
Thats all i can remember. If this brings a bell to anyone PLEASE tell me what movie is this- i've been searching it for many years now. Thanks!!
