mmm if you are looking for sick then you in my opinion it has to be
The Guinea pig series
Ichi the killer (uncut)
Cannibal Holocaust
But I would imagine there are a few indie films that may be sick

Burn, Witch, Burn is a really cool movie. Glad to see someone beside me digs it. The Guinea Pig series is so horribly made that it's disturbing those guys got hold of a camera. One of them, I mercifully forget which, has a chicken POV shot. Yes, subjective camerawork utilizing a chicken!!! What the hell? That's worse than the headless-guy POV in Nekromantic.
Peeping Tom wins my vote for most disturbing. If we're talking violence, it would be one of those crazy SS experiment camp movies made in Italy to cash in on the success of Ilsa. A really disturbing movie outside the genre would be Taxi Driver.

Oh, you're just sick...
Anyways, "American Psycho" is pretty bizarre...er, not really...unless you're horrified of naked, chainsaw wielding business men...then yeah, scary shit!
Freddy Krueger.

"Blood Feast 2" is pretty disturbing at some points, but really funny at others. "Ichi" is up there too, That part when he has Suziki (spelling) on the hooks ahhh, not many movies make me want to turn away but that torture scene did it.

"Requiem for a Dream" - not horror, but the grandma electroshock, arm amputation, and double dildo scene left a permanent scar on my brain - disturbed me for over a week - I wish I had turned away like my friend did.

The Untold Story. 1993 Asian Horror flick about a dude who hacks up people and makes 'pork' buns out of them. Sick, sick, sick. Rape with chopsticks, a whole family with kids gets hacked up and fed to people, somebody gets burned alive and it actually looks real and I won't even get into the prison scene's. This is one sick movie.

Ah, you amaze me yet again.
One of the episodes I hadn't watched yet is based from some guy who works with an internet company, yeah. I'll have to watch the rest of the DVD when I have the time.

That's probably my favorite story. Truly sadistic.
