I found myself thinking today (after watching a shitty movie), that probably around 80% of movies I watch I don't like. I find this especially with horror (even though it is my favorite genre) but also with movies in general.
Do you people find the same thing or am I just to picky?

Actually in retrospect i think it's the fact that my current video store is shit and I have to settle for movies that I don't know anything about rather than movies I want to see....
My last video store had the best selection of any store in my city and almost everything I rented was great.

out of the last 50 films I have bought/watched I honestly can say that ALL of them have been brilliant.
I am very aware that there is a lot of crap horror out there but I mostly stay away from hollywood crap.

I only buy movies that I really like, but I think that Hollywood has took a turn for the worse the past few years

One of my jobs at work is to drive a busload of special needs people to movies fairly often.
A lot of the time the movies we see are not horror--some good, some bad.
The Ring--I liked
Chicago--Kept me awake
Time Machine--Couldn't stay awake
Snow Dogs--Actually good.
The best movie I have seen lately was Friends and Family.
Limited release(supposedly a gay movie)but should offend no one. Very funny Mafia oriented comedy!
Has anyone seen Cold Creek Manor? I haven't, but I want to.
