That is Hellsing, Slip is a huge fan, he actually recommended for me to watch the episodes and it is fantastic.

It's japanese anime. It's about the Hellsing organization. They take out vampires. Ironically enough, they have two vampires of their own on board. Alucard is star. I can't tell you everything. You have to watch it. It's actually pretty good. I enjoyed it anyways. :)
